Riche lives in London and works in the area of clinical research for the NHS. In her current position she works within a multi-disciplinary team that conducts and delivers clinical trials and observational studies for research patients.

Keen to expand her knowledge and challenge herself, Marianne opted to study the Master of Public Health at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. However, to continue in her current nursing role at University Hospital Ayr, she chose to study the master’s degree fully online.
